Did you try modifying your credentials, and contacting Facebook? See my above reply. Using a new eMail address would grant more Security & Privacy.

Please explain what symptoms or behaviors you're seeing, past a new Facebook account on your iPhone.

If you have seen a Facebook account somehow added to your iPhone Facebook app, then your iPhone passcode is most likely known to somebody that also has direct access to your iPhone. Change your passcode.

If your email has been accessed, then somebody may or does have access to your device and your passcode, which means you will want to change your passcode.

An iPhone hack is comparatively rare, and most of us are just not worth the costs and risks involved in such efforts. Most of us get in trouble because our passcodes and passwords become known.
