Purchased a new iPhone Pro12 max 26FEB21, I’m within the 60 day limit, why can’t I get it for my phone ?

Where are you located?


The timing differs in some areas; for example, it is only 30 days in Japan.


Buy an AppleCare plan - Apple Support
