Rotation Home Screen
How to rotate Home Screen on iPhone 7 Plus in horizontal mode. It works inside apps but not on Home Screen (I use “standard” screen mode and button of blocking rotation is OFF!)

It's not possible, the reason being to ensure widgets can remain in place as organised by the user in vertical mode:
