How do I get Visual voicemail working on my phone when I go to voice mail the only option is to call voice mail I just switch from android phone to apple phone never had this problem with android

Then let your phone carrier know, you wouldn't have an issue either if your cell phone provider provisioned your line to use Visual Voicemail, not an Apple or iphone issue.
