Go to > Apple > System Preferences > Displays > Display tab > hold the Alt (option) key > click on the Scaled button and check to see if a higher resolution is offered.


FWIW 3440x1440 pixels is the max resolution for that display.

FWIW, in general, color profiles are independent of resolution.

The range of colors that can be represented is a function of

each individual component of a display element, i.e. what range

of darkest to brightest of each color red, blue, and green and

how they can combine to create a specific color.


With that said, a color profile for a specific manufacturer can only

be supplied by the manufacturer. Apple does not create color profiles

for third party products.
