You can apply for financing via the Apple website. Just select your product and when you get to checkout it will give you the option to pay via PayPal Credit or Partner Finance (Provided by Barclays) in the UK anyways - not sure about other Countries. They finance is subject to status however so you will be required to go through a full credit check.
