Can I return an engraved Apple product?

Thank you for this information. I wish that I had known this. Buyers should be aware, however, that engraving an item will drastically reduce the trade-in value if in the future, buyers want to trade-in an older product.

These items cannot be exchanged in store; they can only be returned and your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order (per the guidelines in our Standard Return Policy)."
