Update page in Apps?

What happened to the Updates page in Apps? Using OS X ElCapitan Version 10.11.6. Does Apple plan on fixing this issue.

iMac 21.5″, OS X 10.11

The other thing to keep in mind 10.11.6 is the newest version of El Capitan. The next version is an Upgrade, not an update.

That goes through the App Store. If your Mac supports it, you can follow these steps to go to Sierra:
