I lost my Apple Watch is there any chance to find it other than ( find my iPhone) by serial number?

Search for it, or post notices around where you lost it, or if applicable, contact the Lost & Found department of the facility where you lost it. The only thing that can be done with the serial number is to determine if an already-found watch is yours.
