New Update not getting

I am hearing that a new update came out along with new products. I keep looking and I don’t have it in settings. I am completely sure I am going to the right place in settings. I have an iPhone XR btw. What can I do for this? Everything just came out so should I just wait a few days? I only have update 14.4.2. Am I missing something? Did a new update not come out? If anyone come help me out here that would be amazing.
