incoming calls are silent, how can i change that?

It seems you're having trouble with silenced calls and we want to help.

If this is happening with everyone and every notification, it's possible you have Do Not Disturb turned on.

If your iPhone is silent but vibrating, you might have the switch on the side turned to Silent mode. Pull the switch toward the screen to turn off Silent mode:

Finally, if you're only missing calls from people who aren't in your contacts, you might have Silence Unknown Callers enabled:
