Purchased MacBook and it has firmware password active

Purchased a MacBook Pro with touchbar from a private seller and it has FireWire password active how can i get this removed without knowing who set it up or how to even contact them from this point further

Ouch, you have to contact them for Info, Apple will require their records show you own it.
