MacBook Admin password reset.

I have the MacBook Air 2020 version. Model A2337. I do not remember setting up a password when I first got it. Now I am trying to login one the Lock Screen or admin thing like the screen that pops when you fist turn on the laptop. I’ve tried my Apple ID and other passwords it could be but there not working and I don’t know how to reset it. I’ve tried entering different passwords to see if the Apple ID reset thing will work and the command R key one but none of those worked. I just want to reset my admin password to access my laptop. :)
