See if it exists in your purchase history. If not, contact Apple Support, as it would likely be a glitch in the database.

1. Go Here: See your Purchase History for the App Store, iTunes Store, and More - Apple Support
2. Click: Show Purchase History
3. Proceed form there as necessary

• Proceed from there as necessary

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. And that makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get thorough :)

If you changed your Apple ID all of your previous purchases are now void. You will have to delete any apps you bought or downloaded with your previous Apple ID and re-purchase them.
