My iPhone 11 doesn't seem to be registering my touch. I keep trying to swipe up to unlock my phone and nothing is happening. I've tried to turn it off, but it won't even allow me to do that. When I looked up solutions on Apple, it said to restart the device. But what do I do if the device isn't allowing me to do that? PLEASE HELP

I have had the same issue off and on for the last month or so with my iphone too. Updated software, reset, reset to factory settings even. Still having issues. It doesn't register my touch for texting, picking up a phone call or emailing. Did you find a solution?
