That’s a normal startup. The Apple should stay on, but there’s a cosmetic bug in the startup process. It doesn’t affect operation of the phone. Just release the Side button when the logo first appears and the phone will start normally.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like when you power on your iPhone, it is showing the Apple logo and then powers on. You might see different screens during the power on process, but it sounds like your iPhone is powering on normally. Are you having any indications of an issue on your iPhone, or just a temporarily flashing Apple symbol when the iPhone starts?
