How to get full calendar view on Apple watch Model 6?

I had the full calendar on my watch until a few minutes ago. My watch offered for me to change the settings to different views and I tapped on one to see what it provided, so I’m now in a day view. I want to go back to the full calendar, but it won’t let me. Nothing changes, no matter what I do. I read that I could press down on the screen and options would return, but that does not work no matter how long or short I press, nor how hard I press.

Any suggestions?

To switch views, open the Settings app on your Apple Watch, tap Calendar, then tap an option:

Up Next: Shows your upcoming events for the week.
List: Shows all your events from yesterday through six days from today.
Day: Shows just the events for this day.

To see the whole month, tap < in the top-left corner of any daily calendar. Tap the monthly calendar to return to Today view.

To see another day, swipe left or right if you’re in Day view; if you’re in List view or Up Next view, turn the Digital Crown.

To jump back to the current day and time, tap the current time in the top-right corner of the display.
