Notifications not working

Hi, I am not getting notifications from a certain app on my phone. Notifications ARE turned ON in BOTH my phone notifications settings and in the app settings how can I fix this?

Since you've mentioned that all of the notifications are turned on for this application, and they still aren't working; you may be able to try removing the app and re-adding it to your device. Aside from that, if the issue still persists, you'll want to reach out to the application developer for further information. This article shows how to do this: How to contact an app developer
