I'm trying to transfer the data from my old phone (6s) to 12 PM and got error UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE DATE TRANSFER. it says: "the connection to your other iPhone was lost. Reset iPhone to start setting up again". Pls advise how to solve

There are two things you should do in preparation for your next attempt. First, make sure that both the old and new phones are plugged in to chargers. Then, on the old phone, go to Settings | Auto-Lock and set it to Never.
When you have got the transfer going, be sure to leave the two phones near each other for the duration. If possible, leave them both reasonably close (3 bars on the WiFi fan) to the same WiFi access point.
