How to make Catalina bootable usb? /Applications/Install macOS Catalina.app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application. keep getting this error.

Remove that Catalina installer from your /Applications folder. You need a hardware-compatible Mac and the full Catalina 10.15.7 installer from the Mac App Store. See How to get old versions of macOS using strictly the Safari browser.
