Use these links to read about getting an App Store or iTunes Store refund:

See how to "Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple" Click here--> https://support.apple.com/HT204084

To directly proceed to "Report a Problem to request a refund" Click here --> https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

If a reporting a problem request is unsuccessful you can also try clicking here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product.

Apple's terms of purchase for most countries are effectively, "All Transactions are final" (check terms at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/us/terms.html ). Apple may refund on a case by case basis, but realize they can also say no.

However, it appears you have already asked for, and been granted, a refund. In that case after you request a refund you'll receive a status update by email within 48 hours. If your request is granted, the time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method. Refunds go back to the method used to make the payment originally.

- Store credit (e.g., Apple ID balance): 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing (payment through your phone service carrier): Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card): Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement.

You can also sign into https://reportaproblem.apple.com to check if the status of your item is "Refunded".

If you need to contact Apple about this, click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services and choose a path that gets assistance from iTunes Store staff.
