How can I use other versions of Helvetica besides the ones provided by Apple with BigSur? I am a designer and I cannot use Helvetica Neue font, the main font I used for my client's documents (and is the mandated corporate font) for a few years now?

As a designer I used in my layouts the FULL set of the OTF fonts, not only the ones provided by Apple. I purchased the fonts ($$$) and I don't use the fonts only for office memos. Is my profession. As an example, one wouldn't give a professional carpenter a "good enough" set of drill bits.
