My phone has reset itself yesterday and hasnt cut off at all.i need help getting into my phone,my power button is broken.I know my icloud and password i just wanna know if i can get my phone back to normal
this apple website doesnt help at all they dont have any kind of solution for me to fix my phone from the website,it keeps sending me to different things.
If there is any iphone expert please help
If the power button is "broken" you need to have it repaired, but that can't be done remotely, sorry.
Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector ,and have your device inspected. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
