As mentioned if the Date has the word "Expires" next to it instead of "Renews", then there's nothing to cancel, so no button would be available.

It will just run until that date, and then end at that point without renewing.

Please click on this link to learn "How to cancel a subscription from Apple" --> https://support.apple.com/HT202039

Note:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew." The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about it not renewing.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the very bottom of the support document

"If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed", click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT212052

If you still can't find a subscription, contact Apple Support using the link at the end of the support article.

If you still have problems:

Report A Problem; click here --> https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6

Or click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region/media-services Select your country, then a product.

Or: Contact Apple for support and service --> "See a list of Apple phone numbers around the world."

I am very sorry you did not find it useful when I posted:

• "If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew."

The "Expires" date means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about it not renewing.

Obviously I need to put it more clearly. Do you think having it in all uppercase letters with italics and bold font in addition to being underlined would help?

I got what they called a free trial of Content Transfer Pro. Suddenly I get charged for a year membership. $50. They said cancelling would stop the charges but they already took the money. So I go into the phone to cancel it and there's no option. I don't want it, nor need it. Yet they tricked me out of $50 this way.

If you already cancelled it, then there's nothing else to cancel. It's cancelled.

If you cancelled less than 24 hours before it was set to renew, then Apple advises it may still charge you. But will still cancel regardless.

If you want a refund for the charge , then you need to contact Apple and get a refund: click here-> contact Apple Support
