I have an iphone 6 of IOS 12.5.2 (16H30). wifi calling option is not showing up in my device

If you're sure your carrier enabled WifiCalling feature, check: Settings>ScreenTime>Content&Privacy Restrictions .... after reading this support article:--> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

i asked my carrier’s service and they have included the feature .

i can’t see the option in my devise

That's a specific carrier's service. Contact them, and see if they can include that feature in your cellular plan.
