my ipad has a glitch...everytime im doing something it throws me off..how do i fix this

the iPad has started throwing me off when I’m doing things any idea how I fix this issue?

The first thing I would try is a simple restart. If that does no good, try a Forced Restart. This can cure a multitude of problems.
