I was in Singapore and then moved to India, but my wallet still says I’m in Singapore so cannot add Indian credit card, however I’ve changed the country from Account settings, and also purchased few apps subscriptions using Indian credit card. How to solve this problem in the wallet section?

Ah I see that’s why it was failing, huff why haven’t they released in India. Never mind thanks.
