I got this pop up message while surfing web through very safe (I thought) GOLF web sites. Wonder if this is really from Apple, a hacker, or a spoof that just wants to sell me an APP from the App Store? Anybody?this is the pop up. BTW I shut down the browser and cleanse out Safari cash and cookies etc.

That’s hilarious. Why would Apple include just two minutes, from a bogus URL, or the rest of that foolishness?
Yeah, ignore it.
Some add-on VPN client app vendor likely wants to vacuum up all your network data.
