i have access to my apple id on web site , I reset the phone and suddenly none of the apple ID will unlock my phone. when i put the apple id and password says the apple id cannot be used to unlock this iphone .
please help

Unless you're unable to login to the Apple ID at all, you're not supposed to do anything special there. Getting told that the Apple ID involved can't be used to unlock that iPhone isn't caused by a problem with that account.

If it's locked to a different account, it can only be unlocked from that one or by Apple.
If it's become unbound from the original account, it can only be unlocked by Apple.
The activation lock is an anti-theft measure.
