We'd like to learn a bit more. The more info we have, the better the chances a member of the community will be able to provide a helpful response.

When you say you performed a reset, do you mean restart, Reset All Settings, or was your iPhone restored to factory settings? If you did a full restore, did you bring data back in from a backup, or set the device up as new?

Are other apps connecting to the internet as expected? Is the App Store working normally for you?
