Your phone is in Recovery Mode.

Try holding down the Home Button and the Power Button until the screen turns off. If the phone starts up as normal, fine. If the phone starts up in Recovery Mode again, then something may be wrong and then you need to connect it to a PC or Mac, and either update or do a restore.

On your computer. If you use a PC, download the latest version of iTunes. It can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store. If you are using Mac then you can just get started.

1. Connect your iPhone in Recovery Mode

2. Select Update on your computer

If Update does not work, then unfortunately you need to use Restore.

Restore deletes EVERYTHING and restores your device to factory settings.

If you have an iCloud Backup, then you can restore to it, after Restore in the setup process.
