Mobile phone error 1035

I get this error every day now when I go to change my outgoing VM message. I date stamp my message so I change it daily. At the present time, due to this error message, I have dial into my VM account and change the message from there, which is tedious and time consuming. I have tried resetting my network settings to no avail. I am a Sprint customer if this has any bearing on the issue.

My visual VM does work, the only problem is I can't change the outgoing message on visual VM each day due to the error 1035

This error recently started in the last month, for the first few months I owned the phone this was not an issue, so it did work correctly at one time.
