I have a file open in Numbers. How do I find this file path in Finder. Big Sur.

Right click (Control click) on the filename at the top of the window to drop down a menu of the steps in the file path.

I did try command shift period anyway but it isn't a hidden file. The file name is <filename>.numbers. From the Numbers search , I find the file and click to show in Finder. The file shows in the location where I saved it. I closed all my finder windows and opened them again but it still doesn't show. I believe this issue has always existed with Numbers documents. I always have to open them from Numbers and I don't think they show in Finder.

FINDER I have searched an excel file which contains the specific data by putting the specific data (number) in Finder Search and it was great. Recently "Finder" does not show the file when there is an excel file in my Mac. Is there are any reason for this? It never happened before.

search a folder when searching for a file, how can you show results only in a specific folder? In the example below, I want to see all results in the folder "FTM2" where filename contains "VANCE"
