I have an old Apple Watch that is still associated with my old and deleted Apple ID. How do I clear it to resolve to pair to a different phone?

Pair my old watch I have an Apple Watch from 2018 since then I’ve miss placed the phone it was paired to. I also don’t remember the iCloud account or password on that phone. Is there anyway to fix this watch so I can use it.
