Cannot update information in Safari auto fill

I have updated my credit cards in Safari for auto fill. Everything’s looks right in Safari, but when I go to auto fill pull down the old credit cards information appears. Including one I deleted.

I have rebooted. This is happening on both my iPads. My old one and newer one.

My software is up to date running 14.4.2
