Hello Rohanen,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
We understand that you are being charged via Pay Pal for a subscription to Blinklist, but you are not seeing the subscription under your iTunes account. If you have checked your subscriptions using the information from this article:
How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
If it isn't showing up there, then the subscription is not likely through Apple and you will need to take a look at this article:

Best regards.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for writing in.
“I can see that you’ve been charged via the iTunes store. I'm afraid that we only manage payments that were made via our website. In this case, only Apple can help with payment-related questions for iTunes store purchases as they don't allow developers to access or edit their users' subscription settings.”
Rohanen,
Thank you for getting back with that information. We don't like to hear that you are being pushed back an forth between Blinklist and Apple. It appears that you were referred to Blinklist in our earlier post based on your comment that you didn't see Blinklist in your subscriptions in your iTunes account. We would recommend you next contact the iTunes Store support staff directly. They can access your account information and possibly see something you are not and provide more assistance.
You can contact them from this link: Contact Apple Support
Cheers.
Blinklist is telling me to contact Apple and Aple is telling me to contact Blinklist. The PayPal invoice states that the charge is coming from iTunes. Don’t know what to do!
