Change login screen wallpaper (multiple users)

Hi, is there any way to change the initial login screen wallpaper ? Have tried the steps at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252056512?answerId=253911980022#253911980022 but they don't work, but when the user name is clicked the wallpaper matches the user desktop. Thanks

I suspect you will have to search beyond these forums for a solution. It would probably require hacking into the system files which will be 20x as hard as it used to be given that with Big Sur those are now tightly locked away in their own partition on your drive.
