Applescript for Numbers to PDF on Invoice

I have an invoice template that I use on Excel but I want to migrate it over to Numbers if possible. I'm struggling with transferring the Macros to an Applescript format, that I believe Numbers requires?

Currently the Macros I use have the following purposes:

  • To save the template as a PDF & naming the file based on company name (A12) and invoice number (D12).
  • To clear the enquiry data (Cells A12, A14 & A19 to D34) and incrementally increase the invoice number by 1 after each save (Cell D12).
  • The PDF file also needs to save to the same network folder location each time.

The only formulas within the spreadsheet are for today's date under "Date", a sum formula for both totals and a simple 20% formula for the VAT (tax).

Can anyone shed light on how best to write this? (screenshot of current template below)

ewer versions of Office for Mac don't allow for automatic saving to a network folder, from what I can tell, so I'm left using the 2011 version at the moment.

That's a tough choice. 2011 Office for Mac is not nearly as good as current versions. If you can't use OneDrive can you live with turning off Auto Save?
