Since the 14.5 iOS update is just out now, my suggestion is to load that and see if it helps. Let us know how it goes then....
By the way, is the April award missing on your watch, too? I have seen cases when they are missing on the iPhone, but still show up correctly on the watch. Go figure!
My challenge is missing too. I believe mine was to close exercise ring 23 times. I think I’m going to miss this goal by one day even if I excised every day till the end of the month. But I wanted to be sure, so when I went to confirm how many days the challenge was it was gone. I am wondering if it’s missing because there’s no way I can achieve the goal.

Mine disappeared on the 3rd- 5th day of april though so I thought maybe something happened but that makes sense!
My April monthly challenge wasn’t awarded to me after completing it on the last night, and now it’s disapppeared completely. Updated and restarted, no luck.
Is it the same story both on iPhone and the watch? Just asking because sometimes one of them is still showing them.
