Syncing Comcast Mail between Comcast server, iPad, and iPhone
After changing the Comcast Mail password, the Apple Mail client-server is not synching with Comcast. I reached out to Comcast & we confirmed my email account, name, new password is functioning (via webmail). On my iPhone Xr, deleted old Apple Mail account for Comcast and reinstalled it again. Using IOS 14.4.2 and assume Apple Mail 7. Error message from Apple Mail is "No password provided for Comcast" and it asks me to use Settings to add the password. It seems as if Apple Mail (on my phone) is somehow NOT seeing the password when I type it in! Same issue on iPad Mini4.
How do I recover from this?
