Give the following a try:

  1. Update iOS on your iPhone.
  2. Disable both Bluetooth & Wi-Fi on your phone, and then, re-enable them.
  3. Force restart your phone. Ref: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

I have followed the recommendations and still cannot airdrop from phone to computer. This started after I updated two updates ago--the update is current as of today (14.5.1), I have disabled and enabled the bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and done the "force restart" on my phone (iPhone 11). In the "bluetooth" menu on my Mac, it does not pick up my phone--but my phone picks up my Mac and I can airdrop from the phone to Mac. I have also disabled and re-enabled the Wi-Fi and bluetooth on the Mac. Help : (
