iPhone 12 Pro Max requires update to use cellular data after updating to iOS 14.5

I just updated my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iOS 14.5 and now I can't make phone calls or use cellular data. What can I do?

I downgraded it to iOS 14.4.2 and everything worked back again. Now I updated back to iOS 14.5 and everything is fine.
