Updated software. Safari 14.1 now throwing fits.
Can't use eBay, etc. - Constantly reloads until error message "a problem repeatedly occurred"
Been deleting/disabling things but can't find solution. HELP

This seems to be similar to issues others are having after the Safari 14.1 update 4/27/2021 that was part of the Catalina 10.15.7 update and it relates to JavaScript.
Test the following:
Turn off “Enable Javascript” in Safari: Preferences: Security
See if this resolves the the issue loading pages
This is not a solution since pages are only partially complete and lacks any Javascript functionality.
I am still searching for a fix.
Bottom Line: At this point this is most likely an Apple bug/issue related to 14.1 and they need to offer a fix other than an OSX reinstall and that reminds me of the #1 Microsoft Windows issue solution!
.Safari Technology Preview same problem.
I had installed it, but the same problem arose using the separate app.
Tried it on a MacBook BigSur 11.3.1 and there were no problems. Problem remains with Catalina 10.15.7 and Safari 14.1
I will wait for an update.
Do you know if this patched version is for Mojave or only Catalina? I don't see any such update in my Mojave App Store update page.

The update came quick. But it did not solve my problem. I think it has something to do with the Security Update 2021-002 Catalina of 26 april 2021.
twststern, what specific issues are you having? I installed the Security Update 2021-002 for Catalina on 4/30 and have had no issues with my existing Safari v14.0.3.
I am yet to try v14.1 #2.
Where can be found the new build? the updates don't show anything?
So, is there a way I can vote that the sneaky update from 14.1 to 14.1 be the recommended answer rather than, "reinstall MAC OS"?

I updated to 14.1 and it fixed my problem. I had installed Firefox as a work-around.
