iCloud

Hello. I’m trying to login to my first iCloud created when I owned my first iPhone. I’m able to login but having trouble with my security questions. I can’t reset them either. I want to be able to get into my photos of that iCloud

Reset Using a Computer:

I see you are using your iPhone to post this information. Modifying you credentials would more user-friendly than when using a mobile device. So, I recommend using your computer to reset the answers.

Go Here:


If that does not work, then you need to contact Apple Support directly.

Apple Contact Us Information:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
