Clock widget not showing the correct color

Hi

The world clock widget currently has 4 cities listed but it doesn't show the white or black dial according to the time at that place. As you can see from the attached image, Mumbai is showing 10:10AM but the face is dark whereas Seattle is showing 9:40PM but the face is white.

Can you please either fix this or at least give the user a way to configure this ourselves? Looks like a pretty simple thing to get right. Even some indication of AM/PM would be sufficient since the coloring looks buggy.
