Ios12 and app version

Hi. I have ip6 with ios 12.5 and I cant download from appstore my bank app because its for ios 13 and higher. Is there any way I can download older version of this app? I dont believe I cant download this, I think apple isnt that dumb 🤭

Unless your bank offers one then no. Even if you could find a way to get an old version on there you may find it no longer works because the bank may have changed things at their end to only work with the new app.
