Apple School Manager not available in Cambodia

How can I submit a request to Apple Education to add Cambodia to the list of eligible countries for ASM? Our international school could really use Apple School Manager to make our IT lives easier.

how can I setup apple school management system in uzbekistan Apple School Manager is not avilable in Uzbekistan and we have to setup this system in our school ( reasons: controlling students, problems with settings and others ).
