You don't.

Time Machine consolidates daily -> weekly -> monthly backups and will self-clean older cruft as needed. There are years of posts in these communities of those that thought they could remove TM backups and either ran out of space on their Mac as the Trash filled, or Finder just hung, or worse still, the integrity of TM backups was adversely affected by the removal attempts.
