4K language issue

I figured it out by chance. It turns out that if you decide not to use Sri in your initial setup the language tab will not be accesible to you. Why is that? I wish I knew but you must enable Siri and then you can select the language tab, and is not a fluke I updated the Apple TV and I had to enable Siri again.

I know that and that is why it puzzled me, as soon as I enabled Siri I was able to chose the language tab. Before that it was gray out
