Transfering old Itunes account to an account with new Apple phone ID
I have an Itunes account that has a different ID than my new Apple ID. How do I bring over my tunes from my original Itunes account?

Realize that "iTunes" is an application. You don't bring over an application.
If you mean transfer ownership of media from one Apple ID to another, you cannot. You will have to set up Family Sharing with yourself and share from one ID to the other.
The best solution is to just stick with the original Apple ID. There is no need to create a new one every time you buy a new iPhone. Sign into iCloud on the new device and anything you used with iCloud should appear on the new device with perhaps a bit of additional setup.
